• Myconids usually have small bodies compared to the typically large and voluptuous matango, likely as a consequence of how active they are. However, they still often have large breasts, perhaps as a shock absorber for their habit of launching themselves at men, or to make a man more comfortable when they cling to him. • There are many varieties of matango and myconid that look like different kinds of mushrooms (albeit, not every kind of real world mushroom exists in the encylopedia world), including a matango variant that looks like the undead lamentation mushroom and turns men who inhale the spores into undead.
