Request permission to change a character name

In Monster Girl Encyclopedia World Guide - Side I: Dragonia, there's a character whose name currently translated as LongQuan. The problem is thst said character running a town of Zipangu culture, so it's highly unlikely that the character would has a chinese name. According to Google Translate, the name's supposed to be Ryusen. Hinami (talk) 07:37, 26 February 2024 (UTC)

TBH, I've always found it weird that a Ryu from Zipangu had a more Chinese-sounding name than a Japanese one. So if you're certain it's supposed to be Ryusen, then I'm not opposed to the change. Timjer (talk) 09:22, 26 February 2024 (UTC)

Questions about Extra Info

Hey, Perentie, I wanted to ask you something. Apologies if it's supposed to be more common knowledge, but when you add various trivia points on the pages, some are sourced as "Personal communication with Kenkou Cross". Does this mean that you and others can ask him direct questions? Or is it just his Patreon Q&As? Because if it is the former, would it hurt to forward some questions from others? Ah, the "Personal Communication" source simply refers to how myself and other staff at MGR do get to communicate with KC sometimes as our site works more closely with him now than in the past. On those occasions we sometimes ask him things if the opportunity arises. Thanks a lot! Here are some MGE questions that have been bothering me for a while. Feel free to do with them as you wish.

• Do Demigods exist in the MGE? If so, are they more god or more human and what do Mamono think of them?
• Do Angels and Cupids have Divine Mana or regular Mana? If it's Divine, does that mean that when monsterized their Mamono Mana is different?
• Are there male gods?
• If a Genie or an undead is part of a harem, can they make the entire harem immortal or only the husband?
• Can a Pixie's "size-changing magic" be learned by any Mamono (in case their husband is into that), or is it exclusive to Pixies?
• Are there Otohime or Wights or Titania without realms to rule over? If so, will they be compelled to start their own kingdom or are they satisfied as commoners?
• Cyclopses are the only "Ex-Giant" Mamono so far; are there more or is that a unique type for them alone?
• Can a female dog or cat resist becoming a Cu-Sith or Cait-Sith if their master is happy with them as regular pets?

I'll try to keep those in mind, but some of them do have answers already.

• Demigods do indeed exist, or at least can exist. Kenkou Cross Q&A session 2

• Male gods do exist, Bacchus might be one of them.
• It's noted there are baphomets who don't run Sabbaths, ice queens that do not rule a realm (i.e. daughters who simply live in their mother's realm), etc. The same should apply to every "ruler" species. The question of how compelled they might be to make their own kingdom is an interesting one, though if apophis is any indication then having a husband supersedes this desires.--Perentie (talk) 19:51, 4 April 2024 (UTC)
