There is translation error here. The Japanese text note the second her called "Tail Leaf" (mistranslated here as how the meat look like dragon's tail, which is obviously contradict to the image) and it's what cause the erection. And while I'm not certain about it, I think the part about how the dish use various parts from a lizard notes how the taste from each part is unique when it touch the eater's meat tongue.--Hinami (talk) 13:39, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
