This monster is based upon the Leanan sídhe, a muse-like entity from Celtic folklore. In the stories, the Leanan sídhe appear before men and offer them great artistic talent in exchange for love. However, the men in question will eventually be driven mad and die young.
Fairy Kingdoms exist in various places throughout the world, but are in another dimension and thus inaccessible by normal means (source: supplemental notes on the Titania profile).
Leanan Sidhe is listed as a demihiman at Kurobinega's sorting pages<ref>http://kurobine.sakura.ne.jp/mgesort_demihuman.htm</ref>.
