The Dark Priestesses are nuns of the Fallen Goddess, but there are no examples of other races that may be nuns of the Fallen Goddess. Or are there any, but they simply weren't mentioned, and the racial attributes do not matter?

In addition to the Dark Priestesses as a race, there are also nuns from other races of the Mamono: for example, Lamia can be sisters or priests in the Church of the Fallen God. But the Dark Priestesses are the best race to receive the blessings of the Fallen God. However, other races can also receive the blessing of this goddess and benefit from her, simply she will not be so strong.

Are there any lower and higher subtypes of Dark Priestess in the Church of the Fallen Goddess: Priests, Bishops, Cardinals? Or are they all exactly the same as the Dark Priestess?

There are none, but Priest may differ in appearance, just think of them as senior Dark Priestess. However, as in the case of the Arch-Succubus, there are also Arch-Dark Priest (temporary) (Will)

Among the Dark Priest, there are quite a few of these girls who are called Dark Paladins. (KC) [Separately, I note that Kenkou does not designate the Dark Paladins as another race. It looks like they're just Dark Priest in Armor or something.]
