Monsterization Due to Lilim (Fallen Maidens)[edit | edit source]

As for monsterization caused by the Mamono Lord's daughters, the “lilim”, it is supposed that they can freely change a woman into any race as long as the monster is subordinate to the Mamono Lord. However, it's not that they can really change a human woman into “every race”.

For example, it's impossible for them to change them into “angels” and “dark angels”, which were originally servants of the gods. It's also not possible to change them into “elves” and “fairies”, or elementals, which were not originally monsters to begin with. On the other hand, it is possible to change them into “dark elves” and “dwarves” although they weren't originally monsters either, because as of the present they only exist as monsters. Also, it's impossible to change them into “lilim” like themselves. Additionally, even a lilim with overwhelming mamono mana cannot easily change them into monsters such as “baphomet”, “echidna”, “dragon”. In the case of creating a highest rank monster in this way, not only must the lilim herself use a vast amount of mamono mana, there are various conditions that the human woman being changed into a monster must satisfy, such as possessing a lot of mana to begin with, the direction of the woman's desires, strength, and other qualities. Only then is it possible to change them into one of these races.

Since human women who can be changed into these races are extremely precious, when a lilim spots these women, she will aggressively attempt to change them into these monsters. <ref>This is exactly that happens in Monster Girl Encyclopedia Stories: Baphomet Complex, when a lilim discovers that Lilia Flimlight has the capacity to become a baphomet</ref>

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Lilim is the 100th monster, and the last one that appears in Monster Girl Encyclopedia I.
  • This monster girl is based on the demonic children of Lilith in Jewish mythology, also known as Lilin.
  • It is rumored that more than a hundred lilims have been born in the 1000 or so years since the current Mamono Lord came to power (source: Kenkou’s Q and A thread)
  • Lilim cannot transform human women into races that still exist as non-monsterized beings (forest elves and angels for instance), nor into races with special requirements for existing (such as changing a human into a lilim). (source: World Guide 1 Monsterization Column) or elementals (except Dark Matter) nor magic material type.<ref>Kenkou Cross Q&A/Ask.fm; Question 16</ref>
    • Only those human women who meet various requirements (mana level, the direction of her own desires, physical strength and such) can be transformed into high-tier races such as dragons, baphomets and echidnas. It also uses up a great deal of the lilim’s own power, but as human women who can become high-tier monsters are rare and extremely precious, lilims will aggressively attempt to monsterize them whenever such women are encountered (source: World Guide 1 Monsterization Column)
  • The sphere lilims ride on is made of solidified mamono mana, and they can make it appear or vanish with a wave of their hand (source: Kenkou Q and A thread) This concept is eventually made into the Dark Matter spell.
  • All lilim have white hair, but some have other colors mixed in for a mesh or gradient effect (source: Kenkou’s Japanese Q and A).
  • Some lilim have beast-like horns or tails or arms covered in insect-like armor (source: Kenkou’s Japanese Q and A).
  • If a lilim gets serious, she can make a man she wants as her husband orgasm just from her presence alone. (source: Personal communication with Kenkou Cross).
  • What a lilim gives birth to varies depending on the power level of herself and her husband. The daughter is usually a succubus or arch succubus, but if both the lilim and husband have accumulated a great deal of power during their marriage, then the daughter may be a lilim. (source: Personal communication with Kenkou Cross).
  • It's noted that most mamono would support the first Lilim when it's the time to decide the next Mamono Lord.<ref>Kenkou Cross Q&A/Ask.fm; Question 74</ref>
