• This monster girl is based on Banshee|a female spirit in Irish folklore who heralds the death of a family member, usually by wailing, shrieking, or keening.
• In the previous age banshee were originally a variety of elves, or something similar to them, cursed and sorrowful (as described in the profile) before Hel took them in as her servants. (source: Making of Banshee article on Patreon).
