A small insect type monster of the Arachne family, it bear a remarkable resemblance to the “Giant Ant.” This mimicry serves to fool the giant ants into thinking the “Ant Arachne” is one of their own kind. The arachne take advantage of this by mixing in with giant ant groups and moving into their nests. Despite their resemblance to the giant ants, their disposition is very different, being quiet ferocious in nature. Exposure to all the pheromones present in giant ant nests also makes them highly aroused an extremely lustful.
They essentially never leave the giant ant’s nest, and so it is extremely rare to encounter one above ground. When giant ants bring men back into their nests (reference the “Giant Ant” page), they steal some of the men to take back to their own beds. Unlike the giant ants, they do not work during the day. Instead, after seizing a man, they copulate in their bed place all day and night long.
