Encyclopedia Entry:

An insectoid race that lived in groups centered about a queen bee.  During the day, they fly around in search of flower nectar, which serves as their food.  They are also charged with finding human men to become the queen’s mate.  When they find a target, they jump him and have sex with him to test his suitability.  The worker bees are incapable of reproduction.
