1. Respect your fellow Wiki members.
- Everyone has a different interpretation of the canon text so respect each other's ideas.
2. Discussions on the Wiki should be related to the MGE series. Offtopic posts will be removed.
- New pages must be related to MGE and sourced from official material.
- Fanfiction and fan made monster girls are not accepted in the mainspace.
3. Images not related to the MGE franchise will be removed.
- Memes and other off-topic images/videos will be removed.
4. Do not post/upload content from Kenkou's Enty/Patreon page.

1. Under the condition of compliance with the usage regulations, personal or doujin circle produce and publish items of fan creation for non-profit purpose is basically unrestricted.
2. Whether personal or corporation, production or distribution for profit purpose is prohibited. It has to be discussed with Kenkou Cross himself (hosigumi10@gmail.com).
3. Reproduction or republication to content of this website (kurobine.sakura.ne.jp) is prohibited.
4. When making fan creation, one must read the settings of Monster Girl Encyclopedia, and has the basic understanding of Monster Girl Encyclopedia before making fan creation. (Basic understanding of mge such as situation of man will die after having sex with monster girl does not exist, monster girl will not copulate with other male after obtaining their husband, etc.) Malicious rewrite of setting, creation against the setting of MGE and its character, whether this happened on this website, other website, blog etc., will be determined by us if it should be called off. Slaughter between human and monster girl, creation with slaughter theme and monster girl draining man to death, these does not meet the basic understanding of Monster Girl Encyclopedia, nor Monster Girl Encyclopedia itself, therefore prohibited. Also, fan creation involving NTR (no matter which side) and similar fetishes, swapping etc. are in complete prohibition.
5. The above terms and conditions do not constitute a waiver of copyright. The copyright of "Monster Girl Encyclopedia" belongs to Kurobinega and Kenkou Cross.

1. Respect your fellow chatters.
- Act civilly and treat others with respect. Disagreements can be solved without spitting venom.
2. Threatening suicide will result in a permanent ban.
- Live chat is not a self-help group for users to dump their personal issues.
- If you are considering suicide, please seek help from a medical professional, not a group of random internet strangers.
3. Moderators will not be available 24/7.
- If a particular user is causing trouble then screenshot all relevant points of the conversation and submit a report to our anonymous form.

Violations are judged on a case-by-case basis with less serious cases receiving less serious punishments.
Verbal Warning
- In the vast majority of cases, users will receive a verbal warning for breaking a rule.
- Verbal warnings act as a reminder for the user to straighten up their behavior.
3 Day Ban
- Users who continue to act up will receive a 3 day ban from a staff member.
- 3 day bans will be used as the first line of defense, in most cases.
Permanent Ban
- If deemed necessary, bans greater than 3 days will be handed out as punishment.
- All permanent bans are site and chat wide.
Bans greater than 3 days in length can be appealed through this form.
Any user who attempts to subvert his suspension will receive a permanent ban. All judgements are made at the discretion of attending staff. </tabber>
