*A dark matter who has fused with a woman loses the ability to do so again. If she were to go after another human woman, that woman would become a succubus instead.
*If an orgy of powerful monsters and their husbands takes place in a confined space sealed off so their mana cannot escape, and the orgy goes on for long enough, then a dark matter will be born from the accumulating energy. However, it would be rare/difficult to keep enough couples there for long enough to accomplish such a feat (many would, halfway through, want to leave to have sex elsewhere or take a break to look forward to the next time they have sex).
