Minions of the evil [[dragon]]s, [[Malef Dragon|malef dragons]], that share the black scales of their masters.
Most dragonewts are [[Monsterization|monsterized]] ex-[[human]] women who were given blood by an evil dragon as proof of minionhood. The tremendous power of dragon blood is inebriating, and they are thrilled to be dragons. Additionally, it is said they acknowledge their fondness towards men as a clear "desire to breed" and feel that it is awfully preferable to be driven by that torturous urge. Perhaps due to that reason, there's always an ecstatic expression on their faces; Their cheeks flush with arousal, and their eyes melt with intoxication.

The "evil dragon kingdoms" where dragonewts lurk are mostly former human states that were conquered by malef dragons, but even post-domination, their lives remain largely the same as before. On the surface, things probably don't even look different than before the malef dragons seized power. For instance, some are kindly city girls who lavish with simple smiles, while others are soldiers who honestly strive to protect the people and their masters; however, their souls are utterly stained in wicked desire like their masters. They plot to lay claim to the ones they love and desire to lash out according to their reproductive urges. Thus, their hearts are exactly those of evil dragons. They will flaunt their draconic bodies whenever the opportunity arises and use any means necessary to sate their wicked desires. The kindness of city girls in evil dragon kingdoms is a direct consequence of their wicked desire for men. Behind that smile, she's only thinking of how to get her prey to indulge her. If she's got her eye on a man, even a soldier who seems decent at a glance will take advantage of her position to try and lure prey into a place where it's impossible to escape from breeding.

What's more, although monsters are normally much less dangerous if they already have husbands, in the case of the dragonewt, you can't let your guard down even around married individuals. It appears that they instinctively delight in the birth of new dragons that follows mating when their dragon comrades obtain mates, so even married individuals will actively assist their unmarried comrades in getting men and will hatch wicked schemes to that end. Instinctively, they understand that the ascendance of their masters, the evil dragons, means the arrival of a world where they as dragons can breed passionately. Just like how humans worship the chief god, pray for peace, and value their present day tranquility, the dragonewts worship the progenitor of evil dragons, pray for the arrival of world prosperity through dragons, and long for a future in which humans exist for dragon reproduction. By continuously sating the desires of their wicked passion, they are the vanguard of the evil dragons to achieve world domination.

A race of [[dragon]]s with black scales who breathe dark flames. These descendants of one of the monsters who assumed the title of “[[Former Mamono Lord|mamono lord]]” in antiquity are also called “evil dragons”. Unlike the original species, they assert that the desire to breed with [[human]]s is a proper urge for a dragon to have, while on the other hand, they are even more arrogant than the originals. As far as they are concerned, humans are nothing but creatures that exist solely to propagate dragons who are the great and powerful masters of all creation.

Their sinister and decadent beauty terrifies men while at the same time arousing wicked feelings towards themselves, and most of those chosen as their mates will feel delighted to receive their favor. The souls of evil dragons are utterly stained by wicked lust towards humans.

Because they are evil dragons, once they take a liking to a man, their hearts will be dominated by the desire to “claim their beloved's body and heart as theirs”, and the stronger they feel towards a man, the greater it will intensify. Supposing they were to assault their prey according to this desire, it would be a one-sided rape due to the pleasure. They could probably easily force a man into submission and enthrall him as a breeding partner. Yet regardless of this fact, they tend to prefer more devious methods in order to sate their wicked desires in a more ideal fashion. For example, such as by using their wits and cunning to skillfully flare up their prey's desire and coaxing him by saying they'll grant his wishes in exchange for obedience, or even by using their own bodies and behaving in the manner of a [[Succubus|succuba]] to seize a prey's heart and drive him crazy with the joy and pleasure of breeding...

Via such methods, they induce their prey to walk the path of depravity and become theirs of his own free will. In this way, despite being fiendish [[Monster Girls|monsters]], perhaps due to their overwhelming power, they also have easy-going personalities. Most of their mates will be enthralled with breeding, and forget themselves given the slightest effort made by the evil dragon and will tend to take actions such as clinging to them and burying their faces in their bosom. However, evil dragons seem to perceive such breaches of etiquette by their mates to be genuinely endearing and will affirm any reproductive urges directed towards themselves with their own bodies.

Evil dragons are also known for displaying an extraordinary amount of attachment towards their mates and doting on them.
While generally tolerant, they will never forgive those who disturb them while immersed in breeding with their mates and will remain persistently hostile especially towards those who threaten their mates. There is even a record that remains regarding that persistence. Once, the hero of a certain kingdom set forth to vanquish an evil dragon and pointed a spear at the dragon's mate. This resulted in the corruption of that entire kingdom into a [[Mamono Realm|mamono realm]].

Dragon blood is believed to grant humans power, but the blood of evil dragons is terrifying in that it not only grants power, but also taints the hearts and souls of recipients with evil, changing them into minions of the evil dragon. If it's a male, he'll be tormented by a desire to breed with a wicked dragon to an abnormal degree, and if it's a human female, then she'll transform into a “[[dragonewt]]” and harbor a wicked soul with wicked desires, becoming the vanguard who advances the cause of evil dragon reproduction. In such cases, depending on her qualities, it could even lead to the birth of a new evil dragon. In addition, the blood of evil dragons will also taint that of the originals and transform them into evil dragons.

They're gracious even towards their enemies so long as they don't harm their mates, but sometimes they're extremely aggressive towards other members of the dragon family. In particular, they seem to despise those who have determined their own prey, yet fail to make any moves to pursue reproduction, and will aim to corrupt them into evil dragons. To these girls, dragon reproduction is the purpose of human existence, and every dragon should bear the offspring of her beloved man.

The act of corrupting a dragon amounts to little more than exposing the true nature of the dragon family. Whatever gets in the way of humans and dragons assuming their rightful roles, be it the state, or be it other dragons who cover up their own desires, is to be detested.

Part crusading religion, part military superpower, and part world government, the Order holds sway over the vast majority of the world's [[human]] population; and within the Order, worship of the [[Chief God]] is practiced by the vast majority of the people <ref>Monster Girl Encyclopedia I; God's Servants and the Structure of the World; 1-1 The Order and Anti-Monster States</ref> (although sects devoted to lesser [[Gods|divinities]] like [[Eros]] and [[Ares]] are accepted). Not much information exists on the internal organization of the Order, although there are a few details available. The gods also sometimes send their angels to help church expeditions slay the foul monster foe, or for more prosaic reasons, like rewarding good deeds.

The level of direct control which the Order exerts over [[human]] affairs differs from place to place; from apparent indifference and disregard in [[Polove]], to repressive micromanagement of civil society in [[Lescatie]] (although even there, the monarchy of King Castor continued to exist alongside them). Since the Order constitutes the majority of [[Human|humankind]], it may be more instructive to consider those people who ''aren't'' part of it. Monsters and [[Mamono Realm]]s are obviously excluded, although the Order makes use of some monster products when there is no alternative, such as sea voyages <ref>Monster Girl Encyclopedia I; Monsters of the Sea; Sailing</ref> or [[Magic Gems|Magic Gem]] spellcraft.

Monster-friendly states are human nations which co-exist with monsters in open defiance of the [[Chief God]]'s commandments, while heresies like [[Monster Girl Encyclopedia World Guide I: Fallen Maidens#CASE 08: Ritual .28p90.29|snake cultism]] <ref>Fallen Maidens; Monsterisation Case Files 8: Rituals</ref> and the [[Elementalism#Elementalist Organizations|Elemental faith]] fester in secret within Order territories.

The Order isn't monotheistic, there are many [[Gods]], but all of the other Gods are regarded as subordinates of the [[Chief God]]. Faiths that revere the other Gods are treated as sects of the [[Chief God]]'s religion. For that reason, the majority of humans are adherents of the [[Chief God]]. The majority of nations have established the [[Chief God]]'s religion as the state religion. Most of the human world is controlled by this enormous organization, and humans have values that conform with its doctrine. The doctrine of the [[Chief God]]'s religion explains how to live one’s life properly as a human. Virtue lies with maintaining to be noble in character and pure of heart, never drowning in lust and other desires. Clean living is regarded as virtuous. They also form armies and try to invade the [[Mamono Realm]]. Additionally, people called “Heroes,” who receive orders to slay the [[Mamono Lord]] from The Order, are under the divine protection of the [[Chief God]]. They boast far more powerful combat abilities compared to an ordinary human, and can overwhelm monsters.

However, because of the benevolent nature of Heroes and holy knights, when they actually get in a fight with monsters, many of them hesitate to bring their sword down on a monster in the form of a woman, and in that moment of vulnerability, the monsters catch them off guard, and they end up having sex with them. No matter how strong the will of the knight or Hero, they are still men after all, and they are unable to resist sex with monsters who have bodies that are specially adapted just for pleasuring men. After having sex with them, they know devilish pleasure for the first time, and learn of the deep love that monsters have for human men, which results in them becoming prisoners of the monsters. They will probably end up choosing the path of living with monsters.
